AJ Graff is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Opal Capital, where he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, fund administration, contract management, and strategic initiatives. As one of the firm’s original founders, he has played a key role in building Opal’s operational infrastructure and supporting the growth of its ETF, OCIO, and tax-managed investment strategies.
Prior to co-founding Opal, AJ held leadership roles in aviation management, where he managed complex operations in highly regulated environments. Since entering financial services in 2019, he has worked across investment advisory, fund operations, and business management.
AJ holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management from the University of Dubuque.
